Explanation: We are artists, dealing with the e-mail world isn't what we are best at doing. Sometimes we accidentally delete e-mails from perfectly nice people like yourself. Sometimes we don't check the e-mail as often as we should. We are also using a spam filter, so if you email us and don't hear back you may have been accidentally filtered.

Alternatively, phone us (it's really wonderful to actually speak with our fellow humans), or if your feeling really old fashioned, mail us a letter. We really do appreciate your letters.
